ETs and FCs form the backbone of a ship's Combat Systems department aboard carriers, cruisers, destroyers, and other surface combatants, as well as at repair and technical activities ashore.

Key Responsibilities Serve as an Electronics Technician (ET) or Fire Controlman (FC) after training, based on performance and Navy needs; as an ET, maintain and repair radar, communication, and navigation equipment including transmitters, receivers, displays, and shipboard communications suites such as SATCOM and HF; as an FC, operate, maintain, and repair fire control radars, computers, large screen displays, local area networks, weapon control consoles, and automatic gun systems; troubleshoot complex electronic and electro mechanical faults using technical documentation, test equipment, and established procedures; maintain configuration control, documentation, and logs that support inspections, certifications, and combat system readiness.

Pathways, Training & Advancement Recruit Training followed by Apprentice Technical Training at Great Lakes, Illinois, covering basic electronics, circuitry, safety, digital theory, microcomputers, fiber optics, test equipment, and troubleshooting; strand training in either the Fire Controlman or Electronics Technician track, with FCs focusing on radar, ballistics, and fire control basics, and ETs focusing on communications suites and radar systems; follow on A School and platform or system specific C Schools, often with college credit recommended by the American Council on Education; accelerated advancement to E4 upon completion of initial school training and all advancement requirements, with continued promotion based on performance, time in rate, and professional development.

The Personal Care Assistant will provides approved basic nursing care services to include, but not limited to, Foley catheter care, applying assistive devices, and assisting with colostomy bags consistent with policies and procedures. And is also responsible for completing and submitting accurate and timely documentation including Flow Sheets, Participant Logs, Communication books, etc. within the appropriate timeframe.


LOCATION/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Positions are based out of an Adult Day Health Center, which are located in North Shore, Allegheny Center, Greentree, and McKees Rocks. Services areas vary based on location.

Travel to multiple Participants residences throughout a shift is required.

The supervisory position is responsible for supervising department employees in Winding Operations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Supervisor has responsibility to execute manufacturing schedules based on requirements from management. Specific responsibilities include but are limited to the following.

Responsible for ensuring the timely manufacture of coils, coil packages and all required transformer insulation meeting productivity requirements.

Responsible for the good housekeeping of the Winding area using KANBAN/5S methods.

Coordinates the activities of personnel in the Winding area utilizing them to fulfill production requirements received from upper management.

Ensures the quality of the product.

Participates in the design, modification and installation of specialized equipment used in the production of transformers.

Provides information and participates in experimentation for research and development for future quality improvements.

Enforcement of all Plant Safety and Work Rules, and address employee issues in a firm and fair manner, complete accident reports and employee evaluations.

Department efficiency, manpower utilization,

Ensure effective employee relations, provide employee coaching and development.

Resolve employee issues through problem resolution.

Work continuously to improve all areas (Continuous Improvement)

Track and reduce absenteeism and overtime while ensuring the accuracy of direct labor hours allocation in Paylocity.

Working Relationships

Relationships are generally intra-organizational interacting with immediate supervisor and personnel under his direction. The incumbent maintains the interface between departments allowing for the coordination and execution of production requirements. Contacts with vendors are also maintained.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Previous management experience preferred.

The minimum requirements are a High School education or equivalent.
