The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, management, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS). Duties include providing guidance to Top Management on the requirements of applicable standards, to ensure products and services meet applicable customer requirements. This position also involves identifying quality issues, using root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve them promptly, and supporting the development and launch of new products and processes. You will be working collaboratively in a team environment, the role focuses on developing quality processes, implementing best practices, and reducing waste and variation.
- Implement and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System following industry best practices with the goal of maintaining ISO 9001 certification.
- Promote an environment of continuous improvement using quality and lean tools and methodologies.
- Ensure associates are aware of the quality policy, relevant quality objectives, their contribution to the effectiveness of the QMS, and implications of not conforming with QMS requirements.
- Guide Top Management in quality planning including actions to address risks and opportunities, and the establishment and achievement of quality objectives.
- Plan and conduct the internal audit program. Serve as the point of contact for external audits. React to nonconformances in a timely manner.
- Represent the company as applicable in professional dealings with customers and suppliers including resolving customer complaints and handling quality enquiries from internal and external sources.
- Manage root cause investigations and planning and implementation of permanent corrective actions for product and process quality issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor training and/or certification.
- Demonstrable results in QMS design, implementation, and improvement.
- 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing industry, preferably in electronics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to earn respect, promote teamwork and collaboration, meet project deadlines, and lead by example.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of Executive, Senior, and Facility Management.
- Strong technical and regulatory expertise in quality requirements and knowledge of applicable industry standards.
- Experience in nonconformity investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
- Lean six sigma certification and/or experience is preferred.

Gestational Carrier Requirements
To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Between 21–39 years old
- U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
- Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
- No more than two (2) C-sections
- Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
- No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
- No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
- Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
- Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
- Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
- Have a stable home environment and strong support system

Compensation & Benefits
We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:
Base Compensation
- $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)
Additional Benefits
- $250 monthly expense allowance
- $500 maternity clothing allowance
- $10,500 for multiple birth
- Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
- Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
- Travel reimbursement
- $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
- $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)
All medical expenses, legal representation, and services related to the surrogacy journey are covered.
