The Department of Neurology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and UPMC is seeking a faculty candidate in the Headache Division. The faculty will serve as a clinician or clinician-scientist in the Headache program under the leadership of Dr. Page B. Pennell, Chair of Neurology and Dr. Robert Kaniecki, Headache Division Chief. Must have an MD or DO degree and have completed a Headache fellowship. The applicant must be board certified/eligible in Neurology and Headache Medicine with the ability to obtain an unrestricted PA license.
Opportunity Details
- Become part of the Headache Division within the Department of Neurology, with 5 adult and 1 pediatric headache board-certified physicians, 3 APPs, and 1-2 fellows each year.
- Collaborate with neuroophthalmology, neurovestibular, psychiatry and neurosurgical colleagues as well as clinicians in the internationally recognized UPMC Concussion program.

The Vision Institute at UPMC is seeking a Pediatric Ophthalmologist at the Assistant/Associate Professor level to join our team. The new associate will have the opportunity to practice truly collaborative care. Applications from new or established clinicians or clinician scientists are encouraged. About the Position
- Help to grow the department's already well-established multidisciplinary care pathways by fostering ties to the primary and specialty care physicians, both inside and outside the department.
- Focus will be in patient care, teaching and research.
- Duties will include didactic and clinical training of residents and fellows.
- Additionally, we have a dedicated molecular biologist, vision scientist and electrophysiologist, together with a research coordinator and two dedicated ophthalmo-genetic counselors.
