What you’ll be doing:
- Manages a branch location ensuring efficient and effective operations through the adherence to appropriate policies, processes, and procedures while executing regional initiatives
- Executes branch-specific strategic initiatives, holding staff accountable and adjusting through action planning to deliver intended results
- Manages client relationships leading branch staff to understand client needs, evaluating the business for safety and associate employee fit, attending community/client-related events, and providing proactive service
- Executes or develops the talent management strategy through understanding market trends, and client needs and the creation of an action plan
- Creates appropriate forecasts and manages the budgetary requirements that contribute to a profitable branch location
- Performs a full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, feedback sessions including coaching and development, planning, promoting our company belief system, assigning and directing work; EEO; performance management; budgeting
- Other duties as assigned
- Up to 50% local travel. Reliable transportation is needed along with a valid driver's license, meeting a satisfactory driving record through a driving record check, and 100/300/100 auto insurance coverage
