We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a locum tenens assignment in Maryland starting Nov 1, 2025. This opportunity is for a 102-day contract with primarily night and occasional 24-hour in-house shifts. The role involves hospital-based obstetrics and gynecology coverage, with a flexible schedule of 10-15 shifts per month.

- Schedule: 12-hour in-house shifts (7a-7p, 7p-7a, or 7a-7a); primarily nights, but 24-hour shifts accommodated; 10-15 shifts/month; some day shifts available (no day-only submissions)

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide in-house obstetrics and gynecology coverage for hospital patients
- Manage labor and delivery, including assessment and intervention
- Perform gynecological surgeries and procedures as needed
- Respond to emergent OB/GYN cases during assigned shifts
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care and procedures in Cerner EMR
Additional Information
- Active Maryland medical license required
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
- Background in hospital-based OB/GYN preferred
- Credentialing can be completed in 30-45 days
