Extensive knowledge of commercial real estate law, including leasing, acquisitions, and property rights.
4.
Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases.

Strong litigation skills and experience in representing clients in disputes related to commercial leases.
6.
Excellent research and report-writing skills.
7.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
