• Assists with development of Hospital Risk Management Program and correlate with facility Strategic plan.

• Assists with an annual evaluation of the effectiveness of the Risk Management Program and develops/modifies goals as indicated.
• Assists with an analysis plan for data management.
• Assists in analyzing incidents/occurrences and identifies patterns as evidence for decision-making and process improvement.
• Analyzes, investigates and responds to Quality of Care Concerns.
• Investigates incidents that could lead to professional/general liability claims; makes adjustments to patient accounts as needed and approves payment for lost items.

• Assists appropriate medical staff and nursing committees in the resolution of peer review, medical quality of care and nursing quality of care issues posing clinical risk exposure.
• Analyzes, interprets and facilitates distribution of patient information to Leadership. Incorporates complaints, grievances and compliments to guide daily process improvement.
• Assists in the development of improvement strategies that direct the patient experience, identifies barriers to improvement and develops effective mitigation strategies.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Interventional Radiology Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing minimally invasive image-guided procedures. You’ll work closely with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with pre-, intra-, and post-procedure patient care in the IR suite
• Monitor patient vitals and administer sedation as needed
• Educate patients and families about procedures and recovery

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Medical Surgical RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in our patient centered care model. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation

Act as an advocate for patient safety.

Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.

Requirements:

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida , Multistate or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required

Nursing Diploma or ASN

1 year of RN experience in an Acute Care environment preferred

BLS, (AHA Healthcare provider) required prior to start

NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
