What You'll Do:

Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinical Support Technician Client Interaction & Support:
- Develop and maintain professional, supportive relationships with clients and staff.
- Provide emotional support, encouragement, and guidance to clients and their families.
- Support clients' comfort and safety in the residential environment.
- Listen attentively, document client behavior, and report observations to clinical staff.
- Maintain strict client confidentiality at all times.
Clinical Support Technician - Clinical & Administrative Tasks:
- Collect and supervise urine analysis (U/A) testing, ensuring proper reporting, documentation in the EMR, and disposal of samples.
- Observe self-administration of medication and document thoroughly.
- Document all medications in the hardcopy Centrally Stored Medication Log and the EMR.
- Complete intake assessments and consents with clients.
- Conduct patient rounds every 30 minutes.
- Complete vital signs (blood pressure, oxygen saturation, temperature, pulse, respiration).
- Complete contraband searches and random room searches.
Clinical Support Technician - Group & Activity Facilitation:
- Facilitate groups, outings, and educational sessions.
- Transport clients to meetings and appointments.
Clinical Support Technician - Team Collaboration & Communication:
- Provide crisis intervention and promote a healthy residential and working environment.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and ethical standards.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed.
What You'll Bring:
Clinical Support Technician Skills, Knowledge and Competencies:

- Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Successful completion of Pre-Employment Requirements including, a criminal background clearance, drug testing, and health screening, is mandatory prior to employment.

What will I be doing?

Women who may have the ability to produce eggs but are unable to use their uterus or do not have a uterus, may consider a surrogate. A donated egg may also be used with the surrogate in the event a woman cannot produce her own eggs or her uterus is not intact or insufficient to carry a pregnancy. In either case, the husband's sperm, if viable, may be used.
Using an egg donor unrelated to the surrogate carrier eliminates any biological tie. The egg of the surrogate is never used as part of the assisted reproduction process, so that a surrogate is never in the position of delivering her own biological child.
The basic requirements of a woman to serve as a surrogate are:
- Emotionally stable
- Responsible
- In good physical health
- Non-smoker
- Has had at least one successful pregnancy
- Is capable of carrying a child to full term
A woman is not required to fall within a particular age range to serve as a surrogate, but most intended parents prefer a surrogate under the age of 40. For more information on surrogacy please see the documents on the left side of this page.
In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.
Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The amount of compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, whether the surrogate carries twins, what procedures a surrogate is required to undergo and whether the delivery is vaginally or by cesarean section.

Position Summary
The Product Designer will support the design and development of performance-driven softgoods across socks, accessories, base layers, and underwear. This role is focused on product and industrial design execution, including block development support, construction refinement, and material application, with supporting graphic execution as needed.
The Product Designer will contribute across research, ideation, development, and commercialization. This role partners closely with internal teams, overseas factories, and brand partners including New Balance, FootJoy, and SECONDS to help bring product concepts into production.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product and industrial design efforts across socks, accessories, base layers, and underwear
- Contribute to concept development, sketching, and ideation for seasonal and special projects

Position Summary
The Supply Chain Manager will serve as the operational bridge connecting FutureStitch to our manufacturing network in Mexico, China, Cambodia, and Oceanside, CA. This individual will ensure raw material flow, supplier compliance, production alignment, and timely delivery across all manufacturing partners to meet distribution needs on a global scale with a razor-sharp emphasis on cost and margin.
In preparation for our apparel expansion, the Supply Chain Manager will also develop end-to-end processes supporting seamless cut-and-sew operations—from yarn sourcing through finished goods delivery with an emphasis on scale, quality, and value while facilitating product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute production for circular-knit socks and emerging apparel categories across multiple global factories.
- Act as the key cost and margin negotiator for all developments across all categories focusing on efficient use of materials and economies of scale.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with design, development, sales, and demand planning to ensure efficient and accurate production allocation and execution.
- Oversee all stages of the supply chain—raw materials, manufacturing, transportation, and logistics—to achieve on-time, in-full delivery.

Experience and Skills

Responsibilities
A Day in the Life of a Service Coordinator:
As a Liberty Military Housing Service Coordinator, you will assist with the resident move in/move out process of a multi-family residential community. Your role includes heavy customer interaction and the ability to effectively schedule maintenance work including the work of vendors and contractors and to ensure all service requests and work orders are completed in a timely manner. Your role requires the ability to work efficiently as well as being able to effectively communicate and deliver on our mission of providing exemplary service according to Liberty Military Housing’s quality service and customer satisfaction standards.
Your Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Schedule and conduct home inspections as it relates to the move in/move out process, including pre-move in/pre-move out, and final inspections.
- Assist with the ordering and scheduling of vendor services.
- Maintain and monitor make-ready boards to ensure work is accurately distributed and meets completion timelines.
- Work in conjunction with the maintenance team to ensure service requests are assigned and scheduled appropriately and completed in a timely manner.
- Provide residents with any charges related to move out/final inspection results.
- Create purchase orders for all vendor maintenance services and products (i.e. paint, flooring, etc.).
- Generate work orders for make readies and other maintenance service requests.
- Assist with the closing of work orders/tickets once work is completed.
- Schedule and monitor water intrusion which includes communicating to residents, follow up and 3-day notices.
- Resident follow-ups after services are rendered/completed.
- Promote positive resident relations by ensuring resident concerns and requests are responded to in a timely manner to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Address and follow up on customer service concerns from Satisfacts survey.
- Assist with maintaining systems and logs (Keytrak, pest control, vendor/product logs, etc.).
- Perform various administrative and computer tasks, email communications, input of information/data into various software and information systems (Payscan, Yardi, and other company-related systems).
- Assist with the distribution of correspondence/notices (3-day notices, move out charges, water intrusion, other important resident notices that pertain to maintenance services, etc.).
- Participate in property walks/inspections (grounds, common areas, parking lots, community rooms, make-readies, quality control, etc.) to ensure community is well maintained according to LMH’s quality standards.
Qualifications
What You Need for Success:
- 1-2 years’ experience in residential property management or customer service role preferred.
- Prior work with vendors or ordering services (appliances, plumbing, electrical) preferred.
- Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software applications preferred (i.e. Yardi, Payscan).
- Effective communication and interaction with customers, vendors, management, co-workers, sufficient to exchange or convey information and to give and receive work direction.
- Strong service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and complete assigned duties to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
- Must possess a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, under all circumstances.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle (valid license required).
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, off-hours, and emergencies as required.
- Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
- Ability to travel to other regional locations for work, training, meetings and other work-related activities.
