The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The ENTRY PSR I helps with patient care by greeting them upon arrival and answering any questions or concerns with care and compassion. The individual will also help maintain the integrity of the waiting area and assist with breaks when other Phlebotomists are unavailable. This individual will also be trained on Phlebotomy skills to grown within the company.
The ENTRY PSR I has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining what to expect to patients regarding the scheduled procedure for the patients in a safe and accurate manner. The ENTRY PSR I will demonstrate excellence in customer care while focusing on process skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy of patient information. Maintenance Technician ($30.50/hr.)
Who we are looking for:
We are currently searching for a nightMaintenance Technician II to be based out of Fort Mill, SC. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this person's primary focus will be to maintain production and quality by ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
What you'll do:
- Maintain, repair, improve, and possibly modify and build machines to aid and enhance the process of manufacturing PVC pipe products.
- Efficiently perform electronic equipment repair and troubleshooting: repair and replace broken or defective parts.
- Monitor stock levels of maintenance supplies and spare parts. Inform the manager or supply clerk of essential out-of-stock items.
- Quickly identify the sources of issues by watching mechanical devices in action, listening for any irregularities, and utilizing precise measuring and testing tools.
- Assist management in the development of new policies and procedures regarding employee safety.
- Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, and using precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance.
- Repair electric motors, parts, wiring, and other electrical devices.
- All other assigned duties.
What you'll bring:
- Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent. Technical skill certification preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- 4 years of experience doing electrical/mechanical maintenance in an industrial/ manufacturing environment.
- Must have strong Mechanical and Electrical skill sets.
- Ability to utilize CMMS.
- Experience with the installation of machinery and equipment, as well as disassembly.
- Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment, comfortable with multiple competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events calmly and logically.
- Experience and knowledge of Lean Daily Management principles preferred.
- Must be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $30.50/hr. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.

Inventory Control Clerk (hourly rate $21.00)
Who we are looking for:
We are currently searching for an Inventory Control Clerk based in Fort Mill, SC. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this person will be responsible for maintaining inventory through the database and maintaining the levels required daily to meet distribution demand.
What you'll do:
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and develop standard work procedures.
- Enter data for inventory and cycle count adjustments into the ERP system.
- Receive and issue finished goods into an ERP system.
- Participate in finished good physical inventory and make adjustments as necessary.
- Administrate plant raw materials end-of-month physical inventory.
- Gather and enter data for PPC metrics and Recycled usage reports.
- Manage monthly raw material purchase orders.
- Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnel.
- Enter Purchase order for all departments.
- Knowledge and awareness of Product Flow.
- All other assigned duties
What you'll bring:
- Associate degree and at least 1 year of inventory control experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to grasp and understand business concepts and issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of basic math required for quick and accurate counting and calculations
- High attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization
- Must be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- 1 year of data entry experience.
