This rotation continues throughout the duration of the program. General Summary:

This position holds direct responsibility for the financial operations and proper application of accounting principles, practices, and procedures for all financial activities of the market operations. The CFO is responsible for monitoring the financial performance and the maintenance of appropriate financial plans and forecasts. This role reports directly to the Central Illinois Market President & CEO with matrixed reporting into the HSHS Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and the Physician Enterprise President.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned collaborative financial leader, ideally with prior CFO experience, that is comfortable managing in a matrix environment.
