Responsibilities:

• Complete super-bills for non-surgical services rendered, explain fees and take payments for service as well as assist in end-of-day payment reconciliations.

• Provide and explain any special instructions to patients upon leaving their appointments.
• Assist in general office duties and other duties as required.

The Sales Design Engineer for CEA plays a critical role at the intersection of sales, engineering, and customer solutions. This role partners closely with laboratory, operations, and enterprise IT teams to ensure systems remain compliant, reliable, and optimized to support daily QC activities.

Key Responsibilities:
