Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor for an excellent on-site position located near the Stockbridge, GA area. Reporting to the GM, this role is responsible for:

• Supervising operations for 1st shift, with a focus on the line, people management, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Responsible for documentation, safety policies & PPE, operational procedures & training, machine performance, inventory, etc.
• Additional projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment, directly managing the line and team.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, advance-notice changes, and some weekends as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication with all levels.
• Team-oriented leadership, managing personnel with minimal operational downtime
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues
• Comfortable with business applications to include ERP, Scheduling, WMS, and Microsoft products
• Excellent verbal, written, and team communication skills
