About the Role:
The Product Management team is responsible for defining, developing, and scaling AgZen’s product line that combines sensing, computer vision, and data analysis to fundamentally improve spraying. As a Product Manager, you will guide the roadmap and execution of AgZen’s RealCoverage system and related spray optimization products. What You’ll Do:

About Tenacity:
Founded in 1999, Tenacity is a Boston-based organization that offers a free tennis and reading program throughout the city.
Tenacity’s Summer Tennis and Reading Program (STRP) is open to any Boston resident between the ages of 6 and 15 years old and generally serves more than 4,000 students per summer. Each summer, Tenacity operates Monday through Friday at as many as 20+ sites, in almost every neighborhood in Boston. Most sites have both morning (9am-12pm) and afternoon (1pm-3:45pm) sessions. The tennis component of the program is games-based and is designed to develop participants into functioning tennis players while emphasizing fun. The academic piece of the program is designed to keep kids reading over their summer vacation so they maintain important literacy skills.
Tenacity partners with the City of Boston and Parks & Recreation Department to provide this free program to Boston residents. This is a seasonal position (30 hours per week) from late June until mid-August. Boston residents are especially encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing the delivery of all program elements to youth ages 6-15.
- With Reading Coordinator, responsible for overall safety of site and supervising junior staff.
Key Tasks:
- Lead site team in planning rackets & fitness activities, staff assignments, and maintaining a safe and fun environment for students
- Plan and implement age appropriate, engaging tennis-based activities in an outdoor park setting
- Constantly encourage students to participate in all daily activities. This means leading by example and sharing your enthusiasm with others

You will own the end-to-end delivery of reliable datasets, SQL queries, and visualization dashboards used by engineering and operations teams. This role requires strong execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with a high bar for quality, operational excellence, and written communication.
Responsibilities
- Own dashboard and analytics deliverables end-to-end (design → build → test → release → operate).
- Build and maintain Amazon Athena SQL queries, views, and datasets that support filtering, drill-down analysis, and repeatable reporting.
- Develop and enhance dashboards using QuickSight and/or CloudWatch dashboards (or equivalent AWS-native visualization tooling).
- Define metrics/KPIs with stakeholders and translate requirements into clear, actionable visualizations.
- Improve cost and performance of analytics workflows (partition strategies, query optimization, efficient formats, and operational guardrails).

- JD from accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Active bar admission with an ability to obtain MA admission quickly
- 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably with knowledge in insurance and insurance coverage
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Strong research skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Ability to work independently within a supervised team setting.
