- Full-time physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month and 18 shifts per quarter
- Part-time physicians are required to work a minimum average of three shifts per month and nine shifts per quarter

Medical City Plano is seeking a collaborative and experienced Obgyn to serve as the Site Director of OB Hospitalists. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a physician who values clinical excellence, team development, and compassionate care in a hospital-based setting. Qualified Candidates:- The Site Director plays a key dual role—leading a dedicated OB Hospitalist team while helping ensure the program meets both clinical and operational goals
- Site Director collaborates with the Regional Medical Director

There is 1 office location with deliveries and GYN surgeries being done at the Baylor Centennial Hospital in Frisco. Baylor Centennial Hospital has a Level 2 NICU unit, women's health subspecialists, hospitalist support, and the da Vinci robotic system for specialized GYN procedures.
