MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.

Ensure that all parts are expensed to a Marten unit.

Responsible for scheduling of all units into and out of the shop to ensure availability for dispatch.

Responsible for reviewing and resolving driver complaints on maintenance issues.

Accountable for indirect labor hours accumulated by technicians to insure it is kept as low as possible.

Monitor the performance of technicians to ensure proper work is completed.

Audit and confirm all warranty parts are tagged and have correct paperwork submitted.

Oversee process so all empty trucks are available for new drivers.

Open/ Close and review daily repair orders.

13.

Work with Service Manager on personnel issues including hiring, PTO, and disciplinary issues.

Coordinate with Service Manager for any outside work.

ABILITIES/SKILLS REQUIRED: Have basic math skills and aptitude for the position.

Able to read and write English language and demonstrate computer skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and be able to stand for long hours.

Able to work various shifts and days.

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED: One to two years post high school desirable, with three to five years experience in maintenance.
