Expected Total Annual Compensation: $480,000 - $580,000

The compensation range listed above includes variable compensation and is based on a 1.0 FTE work schedule/effort, as outlined in the individual department compensation plan. The compensation range for starting base compensation only, which is adjusted in accordance with years of experience and/or faculty rank, is expected to be $432,000 - $522,000. Outpatient practice: currently largely involving CP, spasticity management (ITB and Botulinum), but potential for more involvement in the multidisciplinary clinics, including the Home Ventilator clinic (SMA, MD, Severe CP), Hypertonicity/SDR clinic, Spina Bifida, high-risk infant program, and Muscular Dystrophy clinic.

Education: PMR residency program teaching opportunities.

Research: There is support within the department of PMR for faculty to pursue research. The new Totally Infants’ Program at Totally Kids has the potential for multiple projects which are in the works already.

Lifestyle:
Call: Likely participation in on-call pool for Adult Inpatient Rehab units/teams, dependent on availability and necessity.

Hours: Typically 8:00 - 5:30 pm but Fridays are usually earlier.

Pace: Patient visit length: roughly 20 -30 for returns and 30-40 for new patients. This could be flexible for a new-hire.
