Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal issues.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law.
Attend court hearings and trials, and present cases effectively.
Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the legal process.
Collaborate with paralegals and other legal staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
2-7 years of experience in family law litigation.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation to clients.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred

• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills

• Patient population across the lifespan: children & adolescents (treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow ups)
• No inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care or crisis coverage
• In-house referral network to therapists
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing

What we're looking for:

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO)
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available)
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills and collaborative mindset
