This Float Pool Patient Care Tech/CNA opportunity is full time, offers full benefits and a convenient flexible schedule. We are looking for a dynamic individual who provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical setting under the direct supervision of a registered nurse preceptor. Communicates with RN preceptor, as appropriate, about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Participates in the department's performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities. Must be willing to float to all units.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
* Completes Bedside shift report in the room at the beginning and end of each shift. Ensures patient is provided with the names and contact numbers for members of the care team on the communication board every shift.
* Consistently completes hourly rounds; 5 P's : pain, potty, position, periphery and alerting the RN to issues with the IV pump. C.N.A rounds with purpose including pro-actively evaluating the environment to ensure it is patient friendly and patient safe. Updates communication board when rounding complete.
* Performs patient care responsibilities considering the needs specific to the standard of care for the patient's age; pediatric, geriatric, and the general population.
* Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors.

Job Summary: In conjunction with the Director of Surgical Services responsible for directing the hospital's Sterile Processing Department program. Oversees a wide variety of administrative, personnel, fiscal, and technical activities. Assures that the department will meet or exceed the TJC requirements and be maintained in a cost effective manner

Manages the reprocessing cycle for surgical instrumentation, including disassembly, decontamination, disinfection, inspection, testing, assembly, packaging, labeling, high level disinfection, and sterilization. Cares for and operates ultrasonic cleaners, washers, sterilizers, and other equipment. Completes quality monitoring and documentation. Picks supplies and instruments to prepare case carts for surgery. Performs quality assurance activities. Assists with supply inventory management and clinic instrument rounds. Assists with mentoring, training, coaching, and role modeling for new Sterile Processing Techs. Performs all duties with a commitment to excellence, quality, and customer service.

Blueprint Studios is seeking a contract Experiential Interior Designer to help shape and evolve our showroom environments, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. This project-based position is ideal for a designer who aligns with Blueprint’s elevated, premium aesthetic and thrives in both conceptual and hands-on environments. The role will focus primarily on our Las Vegas showroom, with occasional travel to San Francisco, and will be responsible for developing compelling showroom concepts, creating structured vignettes that Sales can actively present to clients, and ensuring visual consistency across spaces. The ideal candidate brings a strong design sensibility, experience in event or commercial environments, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Inventory, and Creative teams while producing polished visual assets that support both marketing and client engagement.

Who You Are
- 3+ years in Interior Design, Event Design, or Experiential Design
- Strong portfolio showing spatial storytelling and styled environments
- Deep understanding of form, proportion, scale, and materiality
- Proficient in CAD, SketchUp (or equivalent 3D), Adobe Suite
- Hands-on and comfortable physically staging environments
- Trend-aware but commercially intelligent
