Job Requirements (Qualifications)

- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for inpatient and delivery patients in a hospital setting
- Manage low- and high-risk pregnancies and triage obstetric emergencies
- Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds (Level I required; Level II preferred) and integrate findings into patient care plans
- Conduct routine and complicated deliveries, including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, breech, multiple births, and VBACs
- Repair 3rd and 4th degree perineal lacerations and manage postpartum complications
- Perform surgical gynecology procedures, including open and operative/major cases
- Collaborate with nursing staff, anesthesiology, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications You Must Have:

- Experience with proactive and reactive component obsolescence management methodologies.

The Training Coordinator works closely with operations leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and HR partners to coordinate logistics, maintain learning systems, track participation, and support continuous improvement of training programs that enhance workforce capability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Training Administration & Coordination Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for in-person, virtual, and blended training programs across multiple regions.
Manage class rosters, registrations, waitlists, cancellations, and attendance tracking.
Serve as primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Ensure training materials, job aids, facilitator guides, and participant resources are current and accessible.

Qualifications
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience as a Claim Specialist in the insurance industry, specifically in auto and/or property claims, including the following:
- Proficiency in using CCC, Xactimate, XactContents, and other estimating/evaluation software tools
- Strong knowledge of auto and/or property insurance policies, coverage and claim handling practices
- Familiarity with state or local regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to assess damages, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements

- Potential starting salary ranges $59,059 - $81,988 annually
