The Materials Management Coordinator oversees and optimizes supply chain and materials management operations across all hospitals, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Travel between two buildings (FEA & IVY) and some additional travel to Lancaster & other facilities.
- Reactive Maintenance: Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly, diagnose issues, and coordinate necessary repairs with the maintenance team.
- Budget Management: Manage the maintenance budget, including parts inventory, contractor services, and cost control measures.

Customer Support Manager, Personal Care - Lambertville, New Jersey (Hybrid) - Mid Sized Manufacturer
Irving Knight has partnered with a market leader in the production of Scientifically Backed Preservatives and Actives (among other ingredients) to identify a Customer Support Manager. My client focuses on selling a wide range of Cosmetic Ingredients to customers such as CMOs, Indies, Multinational Brands and MLMs. Applicants should expect to visit the North American HQ in Lambertville 2-3 times per week.

- Absolute minimum of two years in a similar role (ideally in sales or customer service, but sales logistics candidates will be considered too).

- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to adapt communication style to the audience as needed.
