Workers Compensation Attorney
Location: Mt Laurel, NJ (Hybrid)
Compensation: $120,000 β $180,000+ Bonuses
Schedule: Hybrid | TUE/WED/THURS in office
Billable Requirement: 2000 hours

Responsibilities
β’ Handle workersβ compensation defense matters from assignment through resolution
β’ Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations
β’ Manage case files, discovery, and litigation strategy
β’ Communicate with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel
β’ Prepare pleadings, motions, and legal documentation
Qualifications
β’ 3β5 years of New Jersey workersβ compensation experience
β’ Active New Jersey Bar admission required
β’ Ability to independently manage a caseload
β’ Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills

The Associate Attorney is responsible for handling foreclosure matters for the firm. They will utilize legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the foreclosure process on behalf of our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure related pleadings.
- Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures.
- Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings.
- Regular client meetings/updates.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate.
- Member in good standing of the ΒΒΒΒPennsylvania Bar.
- Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone).
- Provides exceptional client service.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance.
- Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
- Hybrid, but In-Office (NJ β Mount Laurel) for training.
Compensation Details: $90k-100k per year - The compensation amount is not guaranteed. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate. This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position, however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, and qualifications.

The Firm also provides a basic life insurance policy in the amount of one time your annual salary (with a minimum of $25,000 and a maximum of $200,000.00) at no cost.
Full-time employees receive paid holidays and accrue paid time off equal to 2 weeks during a full calendar year. This increases after 2 years, and again after 5 years of employment. After 6 months of employment, employees over the age of 21 become eligible to enroll in our 401k plan.
