Responsibilities:
- Process pharmacy claims accurately and timely to meet client expectations
- Triage rejected pharmacy insurance claims to ascertain patient pharmacy benefits coverage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration/Support of core IT Operations Technologies:
- Monitor and manage the batch processing schedule to ensure timely execution of critical business processes, such as data backups, file transfers, and batch jobs.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during batch processing, such as job failures, delays, or resource constraints, and take appropriate actions to resolve them promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

The Loan Closer is responsible for preparing the closing documents and sending the required documents to settlement. The Loan Closer must possess strong attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking skills.

a. Responsible for preparing an accurate closing disclosure for the customer to review and acknowledge receipt of, at least 3 business days prior to closing. Responsible for any updates or changes that may be required on the closing disclosure after initial distribution to customer.
