Position Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager, New STG to work out of our West Allis, WI office (hybrid option available). The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of New Steam Turbine Generator (STG) projects, including design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases. This role will involve direct collaboration with Toshiba Japan, customer representatives, and EPC firms throughout the lifecycle of multi-year plant design and construction projects. The Project Manager will manage project documentation, financial reporting, and contract deliverables through all phases of the project.
Essential Duties
- Collaborate with Toshiba Japan and EPCs to plan and execute STG projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate and manage project documentation and deliverables using a formal Product Data Management (PDM) system.
- Thoroughly review, interpret, and manage contract terms and deliverables to ensure full understanding of project obligations, exclusions, and scope boundaries.
- Work with Toshiba Japan to plan, organize and direct project activities:
- Provide timely planning response from award through execution.
- Coordinate internal and external staffing and resource assignments.
- Update formal transmittals and recordkeeping.
- Budget updates and milestone tracking for invoicing and progress reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, Toshiba Japan, and internal teams to facilitate project activities.
- Monitor and manage project timelines and budgets.
- Communicate work and schedule requirements across sales, engineering, field teams, suppliers, and vendors.
- Provide ongoing updates to stakeholders regarding progress, scope changes, and material/work status.
- Travel to customer site and Toshiba factory periodically as required.

Education and Required Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5 plus years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering, within a new construction or service environment, preferably in the power generation industry.
- Project Management experience required.
- Above average verbal and written communications skills, including: organization and direction of technical personnel, experience in procedure and process documentation and technical report writing.
- Expert project planning with utility outage or construction experience and solid organizational skills in a multi-tasking environment are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
- Familiarity with product and document management, including PDM systems is preferred.

The new Food Safety Director will be based in Southeast Wisconsin and will manage a team within Food Safety, Quality and Sanitation. The Food Safety Director is responsible for overseeing the QA team and FSQA team, delegating tasks, and reviewing the schedule, identifying and resolving quality issues with operations and working with management. Our recruit needs to be familiar with SQF, HACCP, GMPs and internal procedures of the area. He/she is responsible for overseeing Quality Assurance staff and maintaining Food Safety and Quality Assurance Management Systems to support manufacturing of wholesome and quality food. The Food Safety Director helps develop, maintain and oversee implementation of Policies and Procedures in accordance with SQF code.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the quality assurance technician team and FSQA management team. Provide leadership and communication to the team.
- Serves as SQF Practitioner for the firm.

What will you do?
- Assist department supervisors in maintaining inventory and delivering product orders to various places.
- Ensure proper HACCP food monitoring process documentation when receiving and storing food products.
- Deliver food, beverage, and other products throughout the venue, in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas in accordance with company regulations.
- Report all needed repairs to the supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift/move/maneuverer up to 165 pounds.
- Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift.
- Exposed to varying outdoor temperatures depending on the season.

What will you do?
- Assign duties to scheduled staff.
- Perform some service tasks, such as assisting guests, stocking shelves, counting inventory, and cashier duties when necessary.
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
- Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety.
- Assist Manager with staff training and compliance.
- Monitor daily and hourly cleaning.
- Ensures proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift.
- Ensure associates are kept informed of any changes in policies or events.
- Other duties as assigned.
More about you
- At least two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Must be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, and eager to be challenged and initiate projects and opportunities.
- Must be able to implement rules and direct staff.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service and employee relations skills.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to obtain a Milwaukee Bartending License.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Physical requirements
- Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift.
- Frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at the waist, bending, and squatting.
- Pushing and pulling occasionally, to move equipment, stock, mops, and brooms.
- Exposed to outdoors and variable temperatures.
