- $160,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a focus on Power Boiler Systems to join our dynamic team in the Paper & Pulp industry.

Oversee all aspects of power boiler system projects from initiation to completion.

This includes planning, executing, and closing projects within the agreed-upon scope, time, and budget constraints.

2.

Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.

3.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget, while meeting quality standards and customer expectations.

4.

Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring project recovery strategies are in place and effectively implemented when necessary.

5.

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring all contractual terms and conditions are met.

6.

Monitor and report on project progress, offering regular status updates and handling any issues that arise.

7.

Conduct post-project evaluation to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements, implementing lessons learned for future projects.

Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.

2.

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically in power boiler systems.

3.

Demonstrated experience in project recovery and the ability to manage risks and issues effectively.

4.

Strong technical knowledge of power boiler systems, including design, operation, and maintenance.

5.

Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team towards achieving project goals.

6.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to a variety of stakeholders.

7.

Proficient in project management software tools, techniques, and methodologies.

8.

Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset.

9.

Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

10.

Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete employment screenings, and submit to random drug testing.
