Position Summary
The Product Manager – Parts & Remanufacturing owns both the Parts and Remanufacturing product lines and is responsible for ensuring profit growth and achievement of revenue and margin targets. This role carries both commercial growth responsibility and operational fulfillment oversight, ensuring revenue expansion, margin performance, inventory discipline, customer responsiveness, and execution excellence. - Own revenue, profit, and margin growth across Parts & Remanufacturing.

Required Qualifications

Job Duties:
Monitors, operates, adjusts, maintains, and repairs a variety of technical equipment including but not limited to high-pressure boilers and large tonnage chillers for the campus Central Heating and Cooling plant. Inspect, operate, and maintain heating and cooling equipment at campus satellite facilities. Perform all duties in accordance with policy and procedures while utilizing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
This position is not eligible for hybrid work and requires 100% onsite work.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Ensures the safe and efficient operation of the plant and its associated equipment
Communicates to/with plant personnel to ensure operational and safety objectives are met
Makes regular inspections of plant equipment and prepares equipment malfunction reports
Starts, stops, and adjusts equipment settings to maintain operational requirements
Perform emergency, routine, and preventative maintenance under the direction of the Plant Superintendent or designee following proper procedures and practices.
Adheres to safety protocols and procedures
Assist under the direction of the Plant Superintendent or designee in the operation of the main campus and off campus Central Plant boilers, chillers and auxiliary equipment following proper procedures and practices.
Address urgent or unplanned operations needs by completing tasks assigned by the Superintendent or designee under close guidance.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of six months of maintenance experience (A combination of education, training, and coursework may be considered in lieu of experience)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to work at heights up to 35 feet while using fall protection or ladders.
- Ability and willingness to wear required PPE according to UWM policies, procedures, and practices.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.

CNC Machinist III-Floor Bar operates and programs a floor bar CNC machine tool. This includes setting up and verifying tooling, setting part offsets, and programming computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software. With little guidance, this person can complete a complex part from start to finish.

- Schedule, strategize, plan, and implement routine, preventative, and project cleaning activities for all areas of the facility.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure that cleaning schedules are adhered to and that all cleaning tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and implement cleaning protocols and standards to ensure that all cleaning activities meet or exceed industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to assess cleanliness and identify areas for improvement, taking corrective action as needed.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Respond promptly to member and guest inquiries and requests for assistance, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Coordinate with other departments, including maintenance, front desk, and management, to address cleaning-related issues and ensure seamless operation of the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning storage areas, equipment rooms, and other designated areas.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as needed, including deep cleaning, sanitation, and event setup and breakdown.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cleaning or janitorial services, with previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team and provide exceptional customer service.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols related to cleaning and sanitation (preferred).
- CPR and first aid certification (preferred).
- Flexibility in schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to oversee cleaning operations and support facility operations.
