Responsibilities: Cook – Handles various tasks such as prepping quality food products, presenting them in an attractive fashion based on prescribed company recipes, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area. This is a union position.
Prepare and cook food items in accordance to company standards.
Maintain a sanitary work area, adhering to all local and state health regulations.
Ensure a quick pace of service and uphold quality food standards following correct portion control.
Monitor and control safe food handling procedures, including: time/temperature control, sanitation, cross-contamination, product rotation, storage levels, and cooling procedures.
Cleaning of work area and kitchen, including: sweeping, mopping, deck scrubbing, sanitizing, emptying trash, deep cleaning equipment, and organizing.
Provide guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving guests or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.
Operate kitchen equipment in safe manner.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Mandatory completion of Basic Food Safety and Sanitation Training and, if applicable, ServSafe Alcohol Training as provided.
Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a guest-focused and fast-paced work environment while providing exemplary guest service
Ability to work collaboratively in team settings as well as working independently
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs
Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law

The Garage Mechanic is responsible for maintaining company vehicle fleet, and equipment in a safe and reliable condition as directed. They will also respond to guest service calls in a professional and courteous manner and is responsible for various equipment repairs as directed by Foreman.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on company vehicles or equipment.
- Operating tow truck for service calls and knowledge and skill to tow vehicles safely.
- Operating service truck in response to guest issues including vehicle lock outs, flat tires, out of gas, etc.
- Providing exceptional guest service according to Cedar Point standards when serving the guest, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions, or giving directions.
- Able to perform related automotive and light truck service work as directed.
