The Opportunity RST Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team.

This is a critical, entry-level role for an individual with 1-3 years of B2B sales experience who is eager to launch a successful career in technology sales.

You will be the frontline of our growth, responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities across various industries for our portfolio of cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively research and identify potential client accounts and target contacts that align with RST Solutions’ ideal customer profile.

Execute high-volume outreach via phone calls, emails, and social selling (e.g., LinkedIn) to engage and qualify new leads.

The Wellness Program Intern collaborates on caseloads of children 8 years and older with clinical team to identify and support children and families within the eight (8) wellness dimensions.

In partnership with the treatment team and any other involved service systems, the wellness program intern develops and monitors a comprehensive wellness plan for client and family.

Some responsibilities include: Utilize assessment phase as a method of developing a therapeutic relationship with child / adolescent.

Provide initial and ongoing assessment of clients, supporting clients through formal: observations, data collection, one-to-one interactions, and trial interventions.

Support and facilitate the CGRC clinical team in the implementation of the wellness plan prescribed for the child or adolescent.

Monitor and support clients' daily progress on goals and objectives, as prescribed in the treatment plans.

Provide individual skill-building counseling, which may include home visits to specific client families as needed.

Assist in identifying and accessing available and appropriate community resources including but not limited to medical assistance.

Demonstrate therapeutic relationship skills including an understanding of boundary issues and confidentiality.

Able to form therapeutic alliances with adults, teenagers, and children.

Attend to issues of cultural, racial, ethnic, and gender diversity as they impact the course of treatment.

Record all case progress notes to maintain accurate history of treatment events and client progress; utilize DAP format and relate notes to treatment plans.

Demonstrate understanding of chart management, keep client records updated as needed and present charts that are satisfactory to any internal or external auditing parties.

As a County Casework Supervisor, you will lead a team in the In-Home division for the Protective Service Unit in the Eddystone office. This position is responsible for the supervision of County Caseworkers, County Social Workers, and County Social Service Aides. You will schedule meetings with staff to resolve case crises and discuss decisions about placement after consultation with the Administrator. Incumbents will work with other supervisors to assign workload to staff, manage staff training in all areas of job assignment, assess staff if additional training is needed, and evaluate performance. This role assists leadership with development and oversight of the unit program to ensure services meet the needs of clients. It also provides oversight of the components of the program that assist office staff in meeting client needs. Additional duties include:

• Provide administrative service through data utilization and policy interpretation
• Maintain compliance with union, agency, and office personnel policies
• Promote individual professional growth
• Increase the effectiveness of service delivery to clients

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. After an employee has completed 6 months of employment and has regular status, there may be opportunities for hybrid work, per the program offices' hybrid schedule. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. Qualifications

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Two years of professional experience in public or private social work and a bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and education which includes 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.
