We are looking for a hands-on Lead Residential Remodeler who is ready to lead small crews on local projects.
This is a "Working Lead" position where your expertise on the tools is just as important as your ability to manage a project.
The Role You will lead a small crew (typically 2 people), managing high-end residential projects from start to finish.
You will be responsible for ensuring that every remodel meets strict quality standards and is completed efficiently.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
No weekends required.
Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Manage residential remodeling projects from inception to completion, leading a junior carpenter and keeping the site organized.

Workflow Management: Utilize our in-house CRM system to manage project packets and technical drawings.

Requirements Experience: Minimum of 10 years in residential carpentry; previous experience as a Lead or Foreman is highly preferred.
Tools: Must possess a full set of personal hand tools (The company provides larger equipment such as chop saws).
Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle for local travel (within a 20-mile radius).
Mileage is reimbursed at federal rates for trips exceeding 20 miles each way.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
