* Primary Location:

* Hospital Setting

* Distance from Downtown Chicago:

* Approximately 12 miles

* Department:

* Radiology and Medical Imaging

* Radiologist Team:

* Over 50 subspecialized radiologists

* Supporting Hospitals:

* Multiple hospitals in the region

* Requirements:

* Board Certified in Radiology
* Fellowship-trained in Musculoskeletal Radiology (MSK)

* Clinical Skills:

* Strong clinical skills covering the full spectrum of imaging modalities/procedures relevant to MSK imaging

* Practice Setting:

* Hospital-based

* Participation in Interventional Procedures:

* MRI, CT, joint injection/aspiration, bone marrow sampling, soft tissue/bone biopsy

* Call Schedule:

* Weekday 4 p.m. - 11 p.m. call from home (once a week on average)
* Weekend call (approximately 7 calls per year)

* Remote Call Duties:

* Evening shift and weekend call fulfilled remotely from home with fully functional PACS/Voice recognition systems

* Mix of plain film and cross-sectional
