About the Clinician's Workday

The clinician will provide comprehensive critical care coverage in a 25-bed intensive care unit, working 12-hour day shifts with night call responsibilities following a 7 days on, 7 days off rotation. Primary responsibilities include managing critically ill adult patients requiring intensive monitoring and performing essential procedures such as intubations, chest tube insertions, and central and arterial line placements. The position requires board certification in Critical Care Medicine, current ACLS certification, and demonstrated ICU experience with proficiency in EPIC EMR documentation. The clinician will collaborate with nursing staff and medical assistants while maintaining 24-hour critical care coverage with anesthesia support readily available on-site.
