How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Manage the recovery of our most vulnerable patients by implementing complex care plans and maintaining constant vigilance over physiological changes to ensure immediate, life-saving interventions.

How you’ll make an impact in this role
- You will be working in a high-acuity, 32-bed unit where the patient-to-nurse ratio is 2:1.
- Perform advanced technical procedures and interventions using CRRT, ECMO, hypo/hyperthermia protocol, Level one rapid transfuser, Swan, Stroke
- Act as the Clinical Liaison by translating complex medical plans into clear, compassionate language
- Engage in effective team collaboration, including rapid response and initiative participation.
