Responsibilities:
- Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable ride experience
- Entertain guests and calm their nerves as they board our world-class thrill machines
- Push buttons and pull switches to launch attractions through the course
- Make sure seatbelts are tight, loose items are secure, and lap bars are locked to keep guests safe
- Enforce rider restrictions and measure for height requirements
- Assist guests in and out of ride vehicles and cycle through the line efficiently and cautiously
- Keep ride patios and midways clean and looking great
- Act as a first responder to ride emergencies and respond appropriately
Pay Rate: $11.50/hr
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters
- After passing ride certification tests with 100% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Friendly, outgoing personality inviting guests to your boarding station
- Positive attitude to make guests excited about their ride
- Must react well in stressful and emergency situations
- Taking direction from managers and supervisors
Physical Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- In rides, you must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift

Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care, and/or medically related transportation for our employees and Guests.
- Maintain all equipment and facilities of First Aid.
- Complete and maintain medical records and reports to include First Aid reports, STARS data, and GEMSIS.
- Conduct safety inspections throughout the park as requested by the safety manager including, but not limited, to ride audits.

Qualifications:
- MUST BE at least 18 years of age.

- Maintain applicable National Registry certifications (EMT-P, EMT–I, EMT-CT).
- Possess and maintain a valid and current park driving permit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret written, oral, and diagnostic form instructions.
- Ability to use good judgment and remain calm in high-stress situations.
- Ability to work effectively in an environment with loud noises and flashing lights.
- Ability to function effectively through an entire shift or assignment.

The Work
* Attainment and upkeep of customers' accounts including maintaining updated customer information in the store computer system and documenting all customer payment appointments
* Assist General Manager with operational functions which include account recommendations, payment frequency and payment history to monitor accuracy
* Second up to the General Manager
* Build authentic customer relationships to support customers in their ownership goals and drive sales
* Manage the collections process by counseling customers to gain timely lease/merchandise renewals
* Review and close lease agreements, which includes confirming customer identification, collecting money and obtain customer signatures on lease agreements
* Contact customers who have not renewed merchandise agreements
* Maintain customers contact over the phone and through home visits
* Update customers information and maintain accuracy
* Manage entire accounts staff to achieve daily, weekly and monthly accounts department goals
* Clean and certify merchandise in the cleaning station for all merchandise personally returned
* Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily
* Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
* Safely operate company vehicle
* Assist the Sales Team as needed
* Any other reasonable duties requested by management
Requirements
* United States at least 21 years old with a valid state Driver's License and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy; including satisfactory MVR (driving record). Canada at least the age of 18.
* Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (United States)
* Ability to work schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
* Two years of college or two years of previous management experience preferred
