JOB OVERVIEW:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the company to ensure the efficient functioning of the office. Primary responsibility is to sort, process and distribute all incoming mail which includes preparing mail for bulk scanning into an electronic business application. Additional duties include back up receptionist for all incoming calls and ensuring that calls are correctly forwarded. COMPENSATION:
The national average hour rate for this role is $27.75 - $28.20 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
