Provides in home physical therapy services to patients with neuro and/or musculoskeletal disorders, under the direction of a physician.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.

• Licensure: Current state license. Valid drivers license.

• Experience: Two years experience in acute care or home care preferred. 

• Certifications: CPR certification.

• Other:

  • Employee possesses good assessment and treatment planning skills.

  • Employee is energetic, gets along well with others, has good time management and problem solving skills.

  • Employee possesses good communication and documentation skills.

  • Employee is in good physical health and able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently with occasional lifting of over 50 pounds.

  • Employee frequently will work independently and must be able to handle emergencies without assistance.

PRN (As Needed)

Education: Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
Licensure: Current or provisional Speech Language Pathologist license in applicable State of practice.
Certifications: Certification from American Speech and Hearing Association within 1 year of hire, extension at discretion of leader and clinical fellowship supervisor. BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
Preferred Experience: One year of experience. Experience in caring for patients of all ages preferred.

Position: Job Coordinator/Accounting Assistant

What does a Job Coordinator/Accounting Assistant with Paul Davis do?

• Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
• Manage all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software
• Maintain all accounting, computer and financial records for franchise in conjunction with a CPA
• Establishes a rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow employees
• Balances month end financials
• Manages Accounts receivables for Reconstruction
• Creates office systems
• Assures all expenses are posted to the correct job
• Works with project manager and property owner to coordinate the successful completion of all jobs
• Ensures all Service level agreements are met and compliance tasks are documented in system
• Problem solves and helps people find solutions

We are also known as the Progressive Care Unit or PCU. Our unit is an intermediate unit that is a step down from our intensive care but a step above med/surg as far as patient acuity

Cardiac, Respiratory distress, Septic.

No vents. - Mainly serve cardiac patients, also acute respiratory (no vents/but high flow ) 02 needs/new bipap, etc. then mix of any other disease process in which the physicians determine patient is too sick for floor; but not yet ICU level of care.

Fast paced unit combining aspects of ED and ICU into one department--busyness of ED & critical care aspect of ICU.

Requires and builds strong assessment skills and teamwork

Qualifications:

• Required Education: Practical Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• License: current LPN license in our state or can be obtained within 90 days 
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association, IV Certification within 1 year.
