Responsibilities and Duties
- Round on cardiovascular and thoracic surgery patients in collaboration with cardiac and vascular surgeons
- Provide inpatient clinical support and patient management
- Coordinate care plans and communicate with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in the call rotation as scheduled
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards
Additional Information
- Board certification as an Advanced Practice Provider required
- Active Michigan state medical license preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
- Experience required; new graduates must have relevant clinical experience
