This is a true growth opportunity with immediate volume, strong ED and referral streams, and the ability to build (and take over) an established patient panel.

Responsibilities:
Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team. Our practice has:
- DentaPro software
- Digital x-ray and Panorex units
- Fiber-optic handpieces
- Yearly OSHA and HIPPA and Emergency Management training
- Ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider
- Patient Base: primarily ages 3-21 and up to 30% adult population (depending upon location)
- Office flow: average 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient maternal-fetal medicine services, including high-risk pregnancies.
Perform procedures such as amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, and cervical cerclage.
Manage a caseload averaging 27 patients per day, with a focus on high-risk pregnancy care (95%) and low-risk pregnancies (5%).
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising nurses, sonographers, genetic counselors, and administrative staff.
Document patient encounters using EPIC and Viewpoint EMRs.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Board certification or Eligibility in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
Proven expertise in managing high-risk pregnancies and fetal interventions.
Proficiency in amniocentesis, CVS, and other fetal procedures.
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have Skills: Experience with cervical cerclage procedures.

Experience working with ultrasound equipment, specifically GE 10 models.
Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD orDO) from an accredited institution.
Current medical license in Virginia or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days.
Prior locum or hospital-based maternal-fetal medicine experience preferred.
Other Requirements: Travel reimbursement including flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage (billed at IRS standard rate).
