Responsibilities:
- Assigns motor vehicles and drivers for conveyance of building materials by performing the following duties.
- Compiles list of available vehicles.
- Assigns vehicles according to factors such as length and purpose of trip, freight or passenger requirements, and preference of user.
- Assigns orders to lift operators to be pulled from inventory.
- Issues keys, record sheets, and credentials to drivers.
- Records time of departure, destination, cargo, and expected time of return.
- Investigates overdue vehicles.
- Directs activities of drivers by two-way radio.
Qualifications:
- Two years related experience and /or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.

- Will partner across departments to strengthen controls, support regulatory readiness, and help preserve the organization's integrity while enabling business growth.
- Lead the development and execution of compliance policies and procedures while ensuring adherence to federal and state banking regulations across all departments.
- Conduct audits, monitor operations, and identify compliance risks, providing guidance, training, and reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support risk assessments for new initiatives and business activities to help the organization grow responsibly and within regulatory requirements.
- Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements of the Director of Compliance:
- Proven experience as a Compliance Director or similar role in the banking industry.

Job Overview: The Security Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure working environment for their assigned shift. Acts as the onsite security lead, using professional judgement and independent decision-making to oversee all security operations during the shift. Core responsibilities include supervising in-house and third-party security, all matters related to physical security, asset protection, emergency and law enforcement response, de-escalation of stressful situations, and taking a concierge security approach for all departments operating within the fulfillment center.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of loss prevention procedures.
- Act as front-line security to effectively monitor and protect company assets.
- Utilize CCTV to monitor activity and investigate losses
- Conduct periodic rounds of entire property including all departments, work areas, and parking lots.
- Identify and make recommendations for minimizing physical hazards and unsafe work practices in partnership with Safety Manager.
- Complete monthly audits including but not limited to Hose locks, electronic device allowance and screening.
- Develop and maintain a working relationship with local law enforcement authorities.

Responsibilities
