The visit, which lasts about 45 minutes, allows for time to connect one-on-one and answer health questions. It includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the person?s health plan, additional diagnostic tests (i.e., diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.).
