Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Operations Program Manager to join our team in Camden, New Jersey. This position plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors products through the complete production cycle of mature production program units to meet requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our East Luzerne Street location in Philadelphia, for a Sign Fabrication Manager. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Function as the primary medical point of contact in geographic area.

Senior UX Designer
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to support the Member Portal (web and mobile) within the Cross Channel Solutions team. This role is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for leading end-to-end UX efforts while partnering closely with business stakeholders, BSAs, engineering, and offshore design teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX design from discovery through high-fidelity execution
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications in Figma (must-have)

Case Manager
General Description
The Case Manager is responsible for resource assessment to identify client needs and establish connections/rapport within the community to provide myriad resources and connection to services. Case managers will be responsible for service planning and service plan implementation & coordination, as well as monitoring and follow-up on these services. The case manager is expected to be active in aftercare planning, crisis intervention, and third-party requests.
Tasks & Responsibilities
A. Essential Duties
- General Case Management functions supporting client needs.
- Coordinate daily case management needs assisting clients with securing resources.
- Coordinate/facilitate Third Party records requests.
- Participate in weekly Treatment Team Meetings.
- Discharge & Aftercare planning.
