You will perform 100% neuroradiology with 25% of your time working with residents and Neuroradiology fellows. The Endeavor Health NorthShore Radiology Department consists of 50+ subspecialized Radiologists c overing four hospitals: Evanston Hospital, Glenbrook Hospital, Highland Park Hospital and Skokie Hospital . We are located in the highly desirable north suburbs of Chicago, known for excellent public and private schools and beautiful tree-lined neighborhoods, some of which border Lake Michigan, with easy access to downtown Chicago.

Position Highlights:

• Market Competitive Compensation, $700,000 -$850K,000 (FT)

• As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance

• RTO (routine time off), 7 weeks of vacation and 45 4-day workweeks (80 days total)

• Primary call 1:9 (ends at 9:00pm with in-house and tele coverage overnight by ED Radiologists)

• 100% Neuroradiology position with both on-site and work from home rotations • 75% day shifts from home

• 100% night/evening/holiday shifts from home

• Fully integrated PACS, voice recognition, EPIC EMR

Qualifications:

• Board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Fellowship training in Neuroradiology required.
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Hourly Pay Range:

The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Job Summary:

The Physician Vice President for Engagement, Development, and Well-Being (Physician Vice President) partners with administrative and clinical leadership across the system to advance physician /APP engagement, development, and well-being. This role also leads the physician/APP patient experience strategy and performance. This role will partner with the leaders of HR Centers of Expertise in Talent Development & Learning and Team Member Experience & Engagement and the Lead HRBP for EHMG and their teams on the strategy and architecture of programs and provide input and advise on the design, development, implementation, and programs tailored to support physician/APP development, engagement, and well-being across Endeavor Health. The Physician Vice President will also deliver content and at times recruit other physician leaders to deliver content that is part of the overall learning portfolio for physicians/APPs. This role will also serve as a key liaison to the Endeavor Health Medical Group and Endeavor Health Physician Partners Governance Committees for quality, engagement, development and wellbeing. This role will confer with EHMG and System Physician Executives & NS Clinical Chairs and Acute and Ambulatory Physician & APP Leadership in order to ensure diverse perspectives are included in shaping program design and implementation. This role will also coordinate with physician and administrative leadership in EHPP and in Endeavor hospitals and institutes and service lines to ensure our engagement and strategies include our affiliated and acute care physicians in meaningful and impactful ways. 

This role will partner with the Learning and Development Center of Expertise and serve as a key member of the System Learning Council that will be led by talent management function. In this capacity this role will provide key insights in programmatic development for physician/APP leaders as part of the portfolio of development opportunities offered across the organization. This connection recognizes that some dimensions of development and growth are universal and others need to be tailored to the specific opportunities that physicians may have to develop as leaders and collaborators.

This role is a critical role that co-leads and ensures all of the organizational programs that advance team member engagement, development and well-being have elements that are relevant to physicians and APPs and that physician/APP metrics in these areas are improving and achieving organizational goals.

This role will include 70-80% capacity in a VP, Physician Engagement, Development & Wellbeing role and 20-25% direct patient care role.

They seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) team in delivering an efficient, compliant, and positive hiring experience. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth recruitment operations from interview scheduling through onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment onboarding activities including interview scheduling, background check coordination, and workflow processing
• Upload and manage behavioral interview guides, adverse action letters, and required hiring documentation
• Ensure compliance with hiring/selection processes, job file documentation, and requisition closure standards
• Respond to internal and external applicant inquiries related to hiring status, background checks, and orientation
• Maintain compliance metrics and ensure accurate documentation across all requisitions
• Communicate regularly with TA team members, candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners
• Support special projects and additional duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• 1-5+ years of High-volume HR onboarding experience
• Scheduling interviews, managing the background check process, processing workflows, uploading behavioral interview guides and adverse action letters
• Excel experience
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
