This position is critical for the overall development, design, implementation, and execution of manufacturing operations.
What you will work on:
- Oversee the Thermal and Mechanical processes needed to produce aluminum seamless tubing to meet applicable AMS and ASTM industry specifications.
- Develop a deep understanding of applicable industry and customer specifications and maintain current revisions.
- Oversee product testing and release through QA Lab including mechanical testing, external testing, and the measurement tool calibration system to ensure that inspection tools are maintained and are in current calibration.
- Troubleshoot and investigate test failures for resolution and disposition.
- Ensure accuracy, validity, and record maintenance of all necessary product and process testing.
- Determine product conformity or nonconformity and provide disposition.
- Notify customers within one business day when a nonconformance is determined to exist or suspected to exist (include information in the notification as determined applicable)
- Perform supplier audits, such as raw material, outside testing and calibration labs, and tooling vendors.
- Review and disposition deviation requests from suppliers critical to product quality such as raw material, tooling, and calibrated tools and products.
- Support the site Quality Manager in development and implementation of corrective actions as necessary, including Vital Few investigations.
- As clause/process owner, responsible for ensuring corrections/ corrective actions arising from audits are addressed in a timely manner
- Support periodic reviews of process performance including scrap, complaints, RCCA, and audit findings, both internal and external
- Sign customer certifications as necessary
- Instruct and train employees on processes critical to product quality and perform competency evaluations, as necessary.
- Evaluate customer requirements (review, accept, reject) such as drawings, specifications, purchase orders, and supplier quality requirements
- Customer technical support and product complaint investigations, including on-site and off-site activities.
- Identify potential nonconforming outputs (product, process, or service) and risks to develop appropriate countermeasures
- Support production plan reviews including draw plans, press recipes, thermal practices, and other manufacturing steps.
- Support commercial organization with new product review of drawings and specifications to advise process capabilities and product/process risks.
- Manage thermal process controls according to AMS 2772 and AMS 2750 including thermal uniformity survey (TUS), system accuracy test (SAT), and thermal instrument calibration (TIC).
- Suggest documentation/process changes and improvement opportunities
- General floor support with QA functions, in-process inspection, inspection equipment troubleshooting, product or process failures to find resolution
- Review of new equipment (flare, age ovens, air gage) implementation and validation
- Follow applicable Environment, Quality, and Safety documents, notify supervisor immediately if not correct
- Communicate with internal and external personnel (on any matter relevant to your job function; to be able to perform you job successfully; whenever necessary; with anyone necessary; in any manner necessary (phone, e-mail, in person, by mail; etc.) as long as the communication does not violate Kaiser Aluminum's Code of Conduct
What you will bring to the position:
- Bachelors of Science in Engineering, Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience labs and metallurgists.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive) and other PC based software programs.

Position Summary
The Internal Human Resources Specialist - Leave of Absence & Accommodations is responsible for managing all aspects of leave administration and accommodation requests for all Vensure internal employees. This includes communicating with employees to gather the required documentation and information to support their leave and/or accommodation requests, providing information about benefit premium responsibilities and interaction with PTO and/or other paid leave programs, following up on status updates, documentation, and return-to-work expectations and paperwork, completing leave workbooks, tracking leave and accommodation requests, and interactive process documentation. The specialist oversees accurate pay and benefits during leave, verifies that leave usage matches medical documentation, and requests updates when it doesn't, and coordinates across teams to manage disability benefits, workers' compensation–related leave issues, ergonomic assessments, and any approved accommodation equipment needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer all company leave programs from initial request through return to work, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as company policy.
- Determine eligibility, review and track medical certifications, monitor leave usage, and maintain accurate HRIS records and confidential documentation.
- Communicate with employees and managers throughout the leave process, providing required notices, explaining policies, and guiding expectations and responsibilities.

• Experience following client design and modeling standards
• Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar markup software
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to estimate hours required for design and modeling efforts based on provided markups and/or verbal direction requests
• Willingness to learn new things
Ideally, you'll also have:
• At least 4 years of Revit MEP design experience
• Knowledge and design experience of semiconductor and/or advance facility environments
• Knowledge and design experience with paging, intercom, and audio-visual systems
• Knowledge and design experience with life safety and security systems, fire alarm, access control, closed-circuit television (CCTV)
• Knowledge of control systems and network components and topology
Responsibilities:
We're looking for a Telecommunications BIM Designer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business. Our BIM designers are engaged in the design documentation while being responsible for setup and management of Revit BIM models in coordination with other discipline BIM leads and team members. Working under the direction of telecom discipline leads, this position provides an opportunity to showcase your Revit expertise while maintaining consistency among the design staff in accordance with client standards. Using a mixture of the Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD software platforms you will create and manage content towards fully coordinated 3D models across all design disciplines (C,S,A,M,E,P,T,I,L) as well as creating 2D construction drawings. This is all accomplished in coordination with other designers, discipline leads, architects and engineers who are all under one "roof". Using the client's design methods in conjunction with your keen eye for detail and established BIM skills, you will be part of our telecom design team core working to turn the design intent of our senior telecom design team members into constructable deliverables including clash-free 3D models.

Primary Responsibilities
Focus on growing and maintaining existing business-to-business accounts by directly selling insurance products and services to public school districts. Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs. Build strong relationships with customers and association executives. Develop customized needs-based employee benefits packages through annual benefit enrollments, group presentations, and new account development opportunities.
Defined Territory – Each Account Representative is assigned a territory to manage and develop new accounts. Overnight Travel is Required. Must reside in the specific territory.
Extended Training Program—Account Representatives participate in a structured, comprehensive training program that includes on-the-job training within their territory, product & sales schools, and online training.
