Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $610,000.00 - $625,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. Position Summary

Urology Hospitalist to cover designated MultiCare Hospital campus as outlined in Practice Plan. Coverage will include inpatient and emergency urology medical and surgical services. Position is inhouse/onsite and is the primary point of contact for urgent/emergent urology needs.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient consults

• Rounding on patients where they are the attending or admitting Physician
• Urgent/emergent surgery and procedures

Our Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing product installations throughout the Washington region, exceeding customer expectations while maximizing profitability. The Field Superintendent works with both in-house staff and subcontractors.
