As an Arborist Climber, you will play an important role in:

• Performing ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader
• Safely performing all aspects of arboriculture, including:
  • Tree identification
  • Tree risk assessments
  • Pruning
  • Removals
  • Cabling and bracing
  • Root collar excavations
  • Properly maintaining and operating tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts)
• Learning, understanding, and adhering to all safety rules and company safety policies

• A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
• At least one (1) year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred)

Jiffy Lube Service Advisors are responsible for creating a positive guest experience and providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. During face-to-face customer interaction, the Service Advisor offers service recommendations, impartial advice, detailed service information and communicates any concerns or special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction. This is an important job in our Jiffy Lube stores and critical to our success. And every J-Team member receives comprehensive training from Jiffy Lube University, our award-winning training program. Physical Qualifications:

• Must be able to operate equipment such as overhead and floor mounted oil and grease guns, transmission machine, air conditioner service machine, radiator service machine, hand tools and basic shop equipment
• Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, and bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, and turn head-neck-shoulders as needed

• Providing Jiffy Lube Guests' with exceptional and world class customer service

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. With Sherwin-Williams' promote-from-within philosophy, you will have the opportunity to progress into an Assistant Store Manager position upon successful completion of the initial 8-week training.

This position's typical schedule is 44 hours per week, which may include evenings and/or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have at least one (1) year experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position
• Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams
• Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.
• Have previous work experience selling paint and paint related products
• Have work experience using timekeeping and/or customer relationship management (\"CRM\") systems
