Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role and in field position for an Account Manager based in Hamilton, OH. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, managing projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include tracking customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, preparing proposals, resolving client inquiries, and maintaining accurate account records to ensure operational efficiency. Collaboration, proactive communication, and problem-solving are key to success in this role.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the community housekeeping programs to ensure that areas of the community are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for our residents and guests.

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies ensuring the safety of the community
• Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move in ready apartments
• Train new and existing staff in community and state required policies and procedures
• Responsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required
• Possess a current valid driver's license
• Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is mandatory.
• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application and under 40 at referral. Exceptions may apply for those with current or prior service in federal law enforcement positions covered by special retirement provisions. The Secret Service has determined that age is essential to the performance of this position.
• You must obtain a Top Secret Clearance and retain it during your career.

Compensation & Benefits

We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:

Base Compensation

• $60,000 – $70,000
  (First-time carrier to experienced carrier)

Additional Benefits

• $250 monthly expense allowance
• $500 maternity clothing allowance
• $10,500 for multiple birth
• Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
• Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
• Travel reimbursement 
• $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
• $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)
