What will I be doing?

As the in-store Operations Support colleague, you will support the Store Manager and the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Lead with store operational and EHS task. In this role, you will act as the in-store main point of contact to help maintain a safe working environment and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. From supporting POS ticketing and maintaining stock file accuracy to promoting EHS compliance with training, this role is instrumental in support both safety and operational excellence in-store.

Here is how it looks in action:

• Support the Store Management team by proactively mitigating hazards, conducting training programs and driving operational excellence
• Support the customer experience by printing POS tickets and assist with updating price adjustments
• Support with EHS activities in accordance to local guidelines, including training new hiring and training refresher courses
• Raise maintenance repair orders, liaising with contractors, and supporting store management teams required contractor paperwork
• Assist with reporting and resolving technology repairs in a timely manner
• Input updates to systems and maintain stock file accuracy and manage lost property process
• Order PPE, store stationary orders, shop floor hardware goods, and ensure First Aid kits are stocked
• Support with routine self-audits and update the Store Manager/ EHS & Operations In-Store Lead on daily/weekly activities and deadlines

The pay for this role is: $16.50

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the aviation account by efficiently managing logistics within a fast-paced environment. This position requires a solid background in warehouse logistics, particularly within the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Support the aviation account by managing logistics efficiently.
• Pull parts based on aviation and airport part numbers.
• Carefully wrap products using different techniques and adhesives, ensuring the protection of high-value parts.
• Conduct cycle counting and ensure accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Utilize the RamCo system for inventory management.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of recent logistics experience within an aviation company.
• Experience with aviation, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in picking, packing, and operating within a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with cycle counts, WMS, and SAP systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Aerospace background in logistics is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience with companies such as Airbus, Gulfstream, Pratt, Bombardier, or Frontier is ideal.

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse setting that is mostly non-climate controlled, with a team size of 50-100 per shift. The dress code is casual, allowing for shorts, t-shirts, and tennis shoes. Several shifts are available, offering flexibility in work hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
