This area is a rare combination of natural beauty and a true academic hub as the home of Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Hospital, Dartmouth College, and numerous cutting-edge international biotechnology companies. We enjoy daily personal and professional interactions with our fellow community members comprising a multitude of medical, dental, and internationally renowned research colleagues. Our office and staff donate time and services through charitable organizations such as the Red Logan Clinic and the Claremont Community Dental Center which are non-profit, free health care facilities that provide dental care to local patients who do not have the resources to seek care elsewhere. We frequently participate in community events, such as The Prouty, a 2-day fundraising athletics event benefiting the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Cancer Center, a good example of the many types of activities we enjoy as part of the outdoor lifestyle that attracts people to live in the Upper Valley. For a night out on the town, our area boasts theatre, art galleries, fine dining, numerous gastro and microbrew pubs with live music, breweries, cheese mongers, vegan eateries, and coffee and pastry shops. Many of our community events occur at the Dartmouth Green, especially during holidays. When the travel bug hits, we share borders with Vermont, Massachusetts, Maine, and Canada making them quick and convenient destination spots. Boston’s “big city” attractions are within a 2-hour drive, and Vermont’s quaint towns are even closer yet. For further travel, there is a local airport and the Dartmouth Coach, a hassle-free ride to Boston and New York, including direct airport drop-offs. In New Hampshire, we enjoy the benefits of having no income or state sales tax. Our ideal applicant is one eager to join a forward-thinking practice whose staff and philosophy are dedicated to our community and looking toward the future of oral surgery.
  • He/she should be well suited to a collaborative teamwork environment while being able to pursue individual interests that may bring new procedures and services to our growing repertoire.
  • While our desire to grow as a practice is an important objective that we consider vital to our continued success, we also keep very active family lives and realize the value of a balanced lifestyle.
  • Our goal is to form a successful relationship leading to a long-term partnership and look forward to cultivating individual talents and providing ample opportunity for future growth and development.
  • We look forward to meeting you and discussing how you could fit into the UVOS family.
