Job Title: Medical Malpractice Trial Attorney (Partner-Track)
Location: Toledo, OH β Hybrid (team generally works in office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, more if needed)

The Ideal Candidate
- 3β10 years of medical malpractice litigation experience or litigation with the interest to learn, including first-chair trial experience
- Proven ability to manage complex pleadings, discovery, and courtroom proceedings independently
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across practice groups
- Desire to grow the firmβs medical malpractice practice and contribute to long-term client relationships
- Licensed to practice in Ohio

About the Role This attorney will take the lead on preparing and prosecuting patent applications involving software systems, cloud platforms, machine learning methods, data processing technologies, and related computer-implemented inventions.
