Location: Toledo, OH — Hybrid (team generally works in office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, more if needed)

The Ideal Candidate
- 3–10 years of medical malpractice litigation experience or litigation with the interest to learn, including first-chair trial experience
- Proven ability to manage complex pleadings, discovery, and courtroom proceedings independently
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across practice groups
- Desire to grow the firm’s medical malpractice practice and contribute to long-term client relationships
- Licensed to practice in Ohio
