Duties and Responsibilities

Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR

The Position
- An Interim Nurse Manager is needed to provide leadership for NICU and Pediatric units in a hospital setting.
- Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this leader will oversee a team of approximately 65 FTEs.
- Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day unit operations, promoting initiatives to improve the patient experience, fostering collaboration with physicians, supporting staff, and assisting in clinical care as needed.
