As a Supplier Development Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you'll play a critical role in developing and continuously improving all aspects of our mechanical supplier engineering processes to meet design, regulatory, and business requirements (including safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery). Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure they meet or exceed manufacturing, testing, inspection, quality, performance, and reliability requirements

• Develop design for excellence (DFx) processes, and conduct reviews to evaluate designs for cost, producibility, inspectability, consistency, adequacy, accuracy, and conformance to requirements

• Develop supplier qualification processes and conduct regular reviews

• Collaborate with design, quality, and certification teams to embed producibility/manufacturability, compliance, and risk mitigation in all phases of product development (e.g., prototype, R&D, certification, and production)

• Develop quality control plans and inspection infrastructure, including dimensional inspection and functional testing

• Develop and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, quality management systems, and engineering change orders

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace engineering, or a related field of study

• 5+ years of manufacturing, design, and/or testing experience

• 2+ years of experience with computer-aided design (CAD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, such as NX and Teamcenter

• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) experience

• Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) experience

As a Sr. Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Flight Test and Integration team. The team regularly ensures the proper function of mechanical, electrical, and flight control systems onboard the aircraft. In addition, this team has ownership over all ground and flight test operations within the organization. Responsibilities

In your role as Sr. Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer, you will assist in the design and installation of modified flight control systems, throughout the development of a remotely operated autoflight system. You will ensure the proper build-up of functions and capabilities, beginning in the lab and ending on the vehicle. You will be expected to verify the end-to-end functionality of the system and ensure the ability to assess all desired test requirements. This will require engaging with many teams throughout the organization and having a firm understanding of the vehicle's capabilities. As part of the flight test campaigns, you'll act as the responsible engineer for the vehicle and often as test director.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Radar Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing digital and analog circuits for our next-generation Radar system. You will be involved in all phases of development, from conception to production, tracing system-level requirements through to circuit-level design. You will drive the design and layout of a multi-processor with an FPGA on chip using DDR 4 memory, as well as designing switching and linear power supplies. The high-speed digital design is complemented by high-frequency analog and RF design up to 12GHz. You will own the schematic, layout, artwork generation and bring-up of hardware. Responsibilities

In your role as an internal tool developer, you will develop applications, infrastructure, and tools used by engineering to capture product requirements and interface definitions, model the product architecture and design, and reduce and analyze flight and lab test data. You will supercharge the engineering organization's efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining tools and processes. Responsibilities

• Responsible for building, installing, testing, diagnosing, inspecting, and maintaining Reliable-designed mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electrical/avionics assemblies, harnesses, interconnects, and other commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products

• Conduct design for excellence (DFx) reviews to evaluate designs for cost, producibility, inspectability, consistency, adequacy, accuracy, and conformance to requirements

• Collaborate with design, quality, and certification teams to embed manufacturability, compliance, and risk mitigation in all phases of product development (e.g., prototype, R&D, certification, and production)

Basic Success Criteria

How You'll Contribute:
This Service Delivery Manager (SDM) be responsible for successfully representing and leading highly talented On-Site Audio-Visual Support Teams.

The SDM will manage on-site team personnel and act as a liaison to Diversified to ensure the employee feels part of Diversified while working on site daily at client location.

• Responsible for the fulfillment of the client SOW requirements, as it relates to the talents and skills needed to deliver. Responsible for delivery of services with On Site personnel. Interview and place candidates for Service clients. Write and modify job descriptions, post, interview for skills and fit.
  
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to create standards for employee onboarding to deliver committed to On Site Services. Ensure employee logistics, set client expectations, hours of operations and manage overtime and billing. Oversee onboarding activities such as badging, security requirements, etc.
  
  
• Develop training plans to ensure team members are meeting their KPIs within client needs and committed SOW. Manage overall SLA compliance for service to monitor and track performance. Manage and Schedule operations to Ensure action items are being administered/performed timely and efficiently.
  
  
• Provide expertise in transforming client requirements into actionable operational trackable deliverables, be the Central point of reporting for service-related activity across the enterprise.
  
  
• SDM will provide insight/reporting of onsite activities. Host Bi-weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present our SLAs, overall project(s) status, next quarter focus, areas that need attention.
  
  
• Develop ways for onsite team track metrics of the event production team in scheduling, forecasting, and reporting on capacity planning for both people and equipment requirements Identify needs and support creation of team structure as Services expands (supervisors, managers, team leads). Specific metrics such as number of meeting requests, break-fix cases and A/V room sweeps including client user survey comments are pulled from the client ticketing system and AV dashboards to show performance statistics for all Diversified AV technicians as well as all client sites with AV case requests globally.
