The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine at Stony Brook Medicine is recruiting a full-time faculty member at the level of Assistant/Associate Professor to join a busy Minimally Invasive Gynecology academic practice with an established history of excellence. Candidates must have completed an accredited Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecology Surgery and be Board Eligible/Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. New York State License or eligibility for one is required. Minimally invasive surgery experience, including robotic, is required. Clinical/translational research experience, is preferred.
The Department has faculty in each of the recognized specialties, an accredited residency, and an accredited Complex Benign Gynecology Fellowship. MD/DO Degree (or foreign equivalent). Completion of Emergency Medicine Residency. Board Certification/Eligibility in Emergency Medicine. Eligible for New York State License.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate teaching, research and administrative/committee experience. Completion of post residency fellowships.
